About this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Youzse application and services provided by Youzse Ltd. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By using Youzse you agree to follow it.
The aim is simple. We want Youzse to stay safe, lawful and reliable for everyone who uses it.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses Youzse, including business account holders, their staff and their customers, and any visitor to our services.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use Youzse:
- in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation
- for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
- to harm or attempt to harm anyone, or to harass, abuse or threaten others
- to handle the personal data of others without a proper lawful basis and any consent required
- to send unsolicited marketing in breach of PECR or UK GDPR
- to impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your identity
- to do anything that places minors at risk
3. Content standards
Any content you upload or submit through Youzse must:
- be accurate where it states facts
- be your own or used with permission
- not be defamatory, obscene, offensive or hateful
- not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of anyone else
- not contain malware or any harmful code
You are responsible for the content you submit and for having any consent needed, for example before capturing or uploading an image of a customer.
4. Security and integrity
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its servers or any connected system
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or place an unreasonable load on it
- bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access control
- use any automated means to extract data from the service except through features we provide for that purpose
5. Suspension and termination
We may investigate any suspected breach of this policy. Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred we may warn you, suspend or restrict your access, remove offending content, or terminate your account. Where the law requires it we may report the matter to the authorities. We will act proportionately and, where we can, we will tell you what has happened and why.
6. Reporting misuse
If you become aware of any use of Youzse that breaches this policy, please report it to us at [email protected]. We take reports seriously and will look into them.
7. Changes and contact
