Switch to Youzse
Bring your business to Youzse
Your customers, services, staff and booking history come with you. Run the import yourself, check everything during a free 14 day trial, then tell your customers where to book.
What comes with you
Any spreadsheet will go in. Exports from Fresha, Booksy, Vagaro, Setmore, SimplyBook.me, Acuity Scheduling, Square, Calendly, QuickBooks and Sage are recognised and their columns matched for you.
Customers
Names, phone numbers, emails and notes, with no cap on how many you bring.
Services and prices
Your menu, durations and prices, ready to edit rather than retype.
Staff
The people who take bookings, so their diaries can be set up straight away.
Booking history
Past appointments against each customer, so you know who came in and when.
Invoices
Invoice history from Square, QuickBooks and Sage exports.
Reviews
Pasted from Fresha or Booksy, uploaded as a PDF or recorded as your overall rating, and always labelled as imported.
What does not come across
- Saved cards stay with your old payment provider, so customers add a card again the first time they pay.
- Gift card and package balances do not import. Export a list before you close the old account so you can honour them.
- Old booking links stop working when the old account closes. Change the links on Instagram, your Google Business Profile and your website to your Youzse link.
How the move works
The import takes minutes. Plan for a few weeks of running both systems while bookings already made in the old one come round.
- Step 1
Start a free trial
14 days, no card. Set up your business, hours and services first so there is somewhere for your data to land.
- Step 2
Export from your current system
Download your customers, services and appointments as spreadsheets. The guides below say where each platform keeps its export.
- Step 3
Upload and check
Known exports are recognised and matched for you. Check the columns before anything is saved, and undo the import if something looks wrong.
- Step 4
Bring your reviews
Paste or upload the reviews you have earned so your profile does not start from nothing.
- Step 5
Tell your customers
Send imported customers a one-off introduction email with your new booking link, then update the links on your socials and website.
Step by step for your current system
What each platform lets you export, what the importer reads from it, what does not survive the move and what breaks on the day you switch.
Salons, barbers and beauty
Leaving Fresha without losing your client list
What comes out of Fresha, what the Youzse importer reads, what does not survive the move and what to do about the booking links you have already given out.
Switching from Booksy, step by step
A running order for moving off Booksy: what to export, what the Youzse importer maps, what your bill looks like after and which links you must change.
Leaving Treatwell and taking your data with you
Treatwell says you still own your data if you cancel and that it does not sync with other systems. What both mean in practice when you move to Youzse.
Leaving Vagaro with your clients, services and diary intact
What comes out of Vagaro, what the Youzse importer reads, what the marketplace fee means once you leave and what breaks on the day you switch.
Moving from Square Appointments, invoices included
What comes out of Square, what the Youzse importer reads including your invoice history, and the card rate you will pay more on once you have moved.
Switching from Phorest, and what your export actually holds
Phorest publishes no prices and offers no free trial. What comes out of it, what the Youzse importer can and cannot read, and how to plan the move.
Garages and MOT centres
Leaving Garage Hive without losing your MOT due dates
What comes out of Garage Hive, what the Youzse importer reads, what does not survive the move and how to hand the MOT reminder queue over safely.
Switching from TechMan, vehicle history and MOT dates intact
TechMan publishes no price. What its export holds, what the Youzse importer reads, what the technical data licences cost you to leave and the MOT cutover.
Moving off Autowork Online without losing the history
Fifteen years of job history, a wall of registrations and an MOT queue that pays the bills. What travels out of Autowork Online and what you rebuild.
Leaving Dragon2000, and the one thing you should check first
Dragon2000 has run workshops and forecourts since 1995. If you sell cars as well as service them, read the first section before you plan anything else.
Switching from My Garage CRM without a gap in the reminders
My Garage CRM helps you move in. Use the same help on the way out. What its export holds, what Youzse reads and how to hand over the MOT queue.
Leaving AIT Online, and why we cost more than it does
AIT Online publishes from £35 a month and Youzse from £59. What you get for the difference, what your export holds and how to move the MOT reminder queue.
Questions about switching
What moves, how long it takes and what your customers will notice.
Yes. Export them from your current system as a spreadsheet and upload it. The importer recognises exports from the platforms listed on this page and matches the columns for you. For anything else you match the columns yourself, and you check the result before anything is saved.
