Subprocessors

This page lists the third party providers (subprocessors) that Youzse Ltd uses to help deliver the Youzse service. We share the minimum personal data necessary with each provider, only for the purpose described, and each one is bound by a written contract that requires it to protect the data to the standard required by UK data protection law.

We keep this list current so that businesses who use Youzse, and their customers, can see who is involved in processing data.

A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf to help us run the service. Where Youzse Ltd acts as a data processor for a business, these providers act as our subprocessors. Where Youzse Ltd is the controller, these providers act as our processors. In both cases they may only use the data to provide their service to us and on our instructions.

• Stripe: payment processing. Stripe handles card details directly so that we never store them.
• Cloudflare: infrastructure, routing, content delivery, security and our backend AI Workers used for tasks such as logo generation.
• Google: Sign In authentication and Google Analytics 4 usage measurement.
• Apple: Sign In authentication.
• Meta: the Meta Pixel and conversion measurement for our own advertising, used only with consent.
• Resend: sending transactional emails such as confirmations and reminders.
• Twilio: sending SMS and WhatsApp messages where a business uses those channels.
• Expo: delivering push notifications to the mobile app.
• Our hosting provider: hosting the servers and databases that run the service.

Each provider only receives the data needed for its specific function.

Some subprocessors may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure the transfer is covered by an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK's adequacy recognition for a country, a UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may add or replace subprocessors as the service develops. When we make a significant change to this list, we will update it here and change the effective date. Businesses that use Youzse as their processor can ask to be told about changes to subprocessors that handle their customers' data.
