Booked out, brow by brow
A branded booking page, card deposits and reminders that keep your column full and your clients coming back on cycle.
No commission on new clients. No per client charges.
One monthly subscription. 2.5% + 35p only when you take a card payment.
Fill your column, book the next visit
Clients book brows, tints and laminations online and pay a deposit to hold the slot. Reminders bring them back on the right cycle and aftercare goes out automatically, so your column stays full.
No commission on new clients. No per client charges.
One monthly subscription. 2.5% + 35p only when you take a card payment.
Set up in 2 minutes. No credit card required.

Small tickets, sensible fees
Brow work is quick and low ticket, which is exactly where a fixed per-transaction fee hurts. Bundle treatments, sell them as blocks and take the payment on your phone in the time it takes to hand over a mirror.
The platform fee sits inside the card rate.
One card rate of 2.5% plus 35p, with the platform fee inside it.
Set up in 2 minutes. No credit card required.

Six weeks and back in the chair
Brow clients return on a tight cycle and are fiercely loyal once you get the shape right. Record the shape, the tint formula and the mapping so any regular gets the same result, and prompt the rebook before the grow-out shows.
The client list is yours.
Unlimited customer records on every plan, yours to export at any time.

Running a brow specialists business
A brow appointment is forty five minutes of judgement about somebody's face, sold at a low price on a six week cycle. The skill sits in the decision rather than in the duration, which is a genuinely difficult thing to charge for.
You are selling a shape, and a shape takes months to undo
A brow taken too thin cannot be put back that afternoon or that month. Hair grows at its own pace, and a mistake sits on the front of somebody's face through a wedding, a set of photographs and every ordinary day in between. That is why brow clients are the most loyal and the least forgiving people in beauty.
It is also why mapping belongs on the record. Where the arch was set, how far the tail was taken and what she asked you to change last time make the next appointment quicker and the face consistent, and consistency is the entire product.
Charge for the judgement rather than for the wax. Two studios can offer the same forty five minutes and only one of them is being paid for knowing when to stop.
Why a low ticket trade has to think about transactions
- A fixed card charge takes a far larger share of a twenty pound brow tidy than of a ninety pound colour
- Ringing the brow tint through separately from the lash tint she had in the same visit pays that fixed charge twice over
- Youzse charges 2.5% plus 35p on card payments with the platform fee inside that rate, so the fixed pence is visible rather than buried
- A fifteen minute gap between two forty five minute appointments is a third of an hour that cannot be sold to anybody
- A course of four lamination appointments sold as one purchase is one transaction rather than four
Six weeks, and a different interval for every treatment
A wax and tidy comes back at four to six weeks on the hair cycle. A tint fades at three to four. Lamination lasts six to eight and should not be repeated any sooner, because doing it too often is exactly how brows get damaged. One monthly prompt to the whole list is wrong for all three.
Prompt on the treatment she actually had. A message arriving the week the grow-out starts to show reads as service. The same message a fortnight late reads as an advert, because by then she has found somebody with a Saturday slot.
Bundle at the point of booking rather than hoping she thinks to ask. A shape, a tint and a lash tint in one visit is a better hour for her and a materially better one for you, and she books it when it appears as a single option rather than three.
The patch test is the record most often missing in this trade. Tint reactions are real, they are the reason the forty eight hour test exists, and a documented test with a date and a result is what an insurer asks for on the day it matters.
What a well run brow business does
- Records the mapping, the arch position and the tint formula per client
- Tracks patch test dates with the product used and the result
- Prompts on the interval of the treatment rather than the calendar month
- Offers the bundled visit as one bookable option instead of three
- Takes payment on a phone at the bed rather than queueing at a shared terminal
- Takes deposits on lamination and the longer product heavy appointments
- Books the next appointment before she stands up
- Photographs the finished shape with permission, so the next one matches
