Sports therapy gets billed three different ways in the same week. An athlete pays on the day, a club pays on terms and pitch-side cover on a Sunday morning gets invoiced later, if anybody remembers it happened.
The fixture list runs your diary, not you
Treatment slots have to survive a season. A midweek fixture, a cup replay and a squad travelling on the Friday will all move the rehab session that was booked for Thursday.
Athletes do not reschedule around your availability, they reschedule around the game. A link that lets them move the session themselves saves a phone call that otherwise never gets made at all.
