Earn and redeem loyalty

You earn points, stamps or cashback automatically when you book and pay, and your balance shows in your account.

Where a business runs a loyalty scheme, you earn automatically when you book and pay. Open Loyalty in your account to see what you have.

The three kinds of scheme

  • Points, where you earn for every pound you spend and swap them for rewards
  • Stamps, where each visit earns a stamp and a set number earns a reward
  • Cashback, where a share of what you spend comes back as credit

Nothing to carry

Your balance follows your account rather than a card in your wallet, so it cannot be lost or left at home.

Using a reward

Rewards are applied when you pay. Mention it, because staff are usually happy to apply it and will not always spot it themselves.

Balances are per business

Each business runs its own scheme, so stamps at one do not count at another.

Common questions

Why has my balance not gone up?

Loyalty is earned when the visit is paid for. Balances also start from when the business switched their scheme on.

Do points expire?

Some businesses set an expiry. Your account shows what you have, and the business can tell you their terms.

What if I think my balance is wrong?

Ask the business. They can look at it and adjust it if something has gone astray.
