A membership is a recurring plan you subscribe to. You pay a set amount on a schedule and get whatever the plan includes.

Joining

Open the business profile or your account to see the plans available, choose one and confirm your payment details. It starts straight away.

What you get

It varies by business. A regular service included, a standing discount, priority booking or a free add-on each visit. What is included is shown before you subscribe.

Managing it

Open Memberships in your account to see what you are subscribed to, what it costs and when the next payment is due.

Keep your card current

A membership payment fails when a card expires, and that usually means an awkward message rather than a quiet renewal. Update the card before it expires.

Common questions

When am I charged?

On the schedule shown when you subscribed, usually monthly from the day you joined.

Can I still book normally?

Yes. A membership sits alongside booking rather than replacing it.

Does a membership include everything?

Only what the plan says. Anything outside it is charged as usual.
