How Youzse protects your data

Where your data lives, who can see it and the safeguards built in around it.

Your business runs on trust, and so does ours. Here is how Youzse looks after the information you and your customers put into the platform.

Your data is kept separate

Each business on Youzse has its own walled-off space. Your customers, bookings and notes are never mixed with another business's data.

Sensitive information is encrypted

Things like private notes are encrypted, so they are unreadable even to us at rest. Where a feature involves health information, every time it is opened is recorded.

Access is controlled

You decide which of your team can see what, using roles and permissions. Sensitive actions ask for an extra confirmation, and you can see and end active sign-ins at any time.

We are your processor

You own your customers' data. Youzse stores and processes it on your behalf, only ever on your instructions, under a Data Processing Agreement you accept when you join.

Built to a high bar

Youzse is designed around UK data protection law from the ground up, with audit trails, retention controls and tools to handle data requests, so you can meet your own obligations with confidence.

Common questions

Where is my data stored?

On infrastructure under our control, with access restricted and logged. Your business data is separated from every other business.

Can Youzse staff see my customer records?

Access is controlled and audited, and support will ask before acting in your account rather than assuming.

What should I do on my side?

Give everyone their own login, use two-factor, and limit each role to what the job needs.
