One question decides this
Dragon2000 is garage software for workshops and dealers, with service department efficiency and customer retention positioning. The dealer half is not a bolt on to its history, it is a large part of what the product is.
So the question is simple. If you have cars for sale on a forecourt as well as vehicles on ramps, you need stock, adverts, part exchange and finance alongside job cards, and Youzse Garage Pro does none of that. Dragon2000 covers both halves and we cover one.
If you only repair, service and MOT, then you are being asked to buy a dealer management system for the workshop half of it.
What thirty years buys, and what it costs
A supplier that has served UK workshops and dealers since 1995 has seen every edge case your business can produce. That is worth something real, particularly around retention, service department reporting and the parts of dealer work that are unforgiving.
What it also tends to bring is a request led buying process, longer contracts and pricing that depends on modules. None of those are faults, they are how established systems in this market are sold. They do mean you cannot compare it against anything until you have had the conversation.

Dragon2000 pricing is request led. Ask which modules are in the quote, because a workshop only configuration and a full dealer configuration are very different numbers.
Before you request that information
- Do you sell vehicles, or only work on them?
- If you do sell, how many units a month, and does that justify a dealer system?
- Which modules are in the quote, and which are extra?
- What is the contract length and the notice period?
- What does data migration cost, and what happens to your data if you leave?
- Is there a workshop only price, and how does it compare with £59?
If you only fix cars
Then the dealer capability is weight you are carrying and paying for. What you actually need is bookings arriving without a phone call, MOT reminders going out on their own, quotes approved from a phone with photos attached, parts tracked against the job and the invoice settled before the keys are handed back.

Every figure quoted for another garage system was read from that company's own public pages on the date shown at the bottom of this page. Most UK workshop systems quote on request rather than publishing a price, and where that is the case we have said so rather than printing an estimate.
Garage quotes usually move once users, sites, data licences, SMS bundles, setup and training are added. Ask for the full monthly and setup cost in writing, and ask what happens at the end of the contract, before you compare anything against anything.
