Autowork Online is cloud garage management for estimates, invoices, MOTs, labour, reporting and day to day workshop visibility. Read that list again and notice what it starts with. Estimating and labour are where the product is strongest and where its history is.
For a workshop doing varied repair work with real labour time calculations, that depth is the point. Getting an estimate right, quickly, with the labour priced properly, is a skill the software either supports or gets in the way of.
The gap worth naming
Building an accurate estimate and getting it approved are two different problems. The first is about labour times, parts and pricing. The second is about a customer who is at work, will not answer the phone and needs to see why the job has grown before they say yes.
Youzse Garage Pro is built around the second one. Online quote approval with photos attached, sent to a phone, approved without a call. Then card deposits and payment links at 2.5% plus 35p so the money arrives before the keys do.
If your estimates are already accurate and the delay is customers, that is the gap. If your estimates are the hard part, Autowork Online is closer to what you need.

- Can you export customers, vehicles, job history and invoices if you leave?
The honest split
Established cloud workshop packages are not short of features. What they tend to be short of is a way to find out what they cost and whether they suit you without a sales process, and a customer facing side that works on a phone.
Youzse Garage Pro is published at £59 a month with a 30 day trial and no card, and it is built from the customer inwards rather than the workshop outwards. Which of those two starting points is right depends entirely on where your week actually goes.

Garage quotes usually move once users, sites, data licences, SMS bundles, setup and training are added. Ask for the full monthly and setup cost in writing, and ask what happens at the end of the contract, before you compare anything against anything.
