The offer is the migration
My Garage CRM is known for an AI mechanic, unlimited users, support, onboarding and free data migration from many garage management systems. The migration is the part that changes decisions.
Anyone who has tried to leave an established workshop system knows the real cost is not the subscription, it is fifteen years of customers, vehicles, job history and MOT due dates that you cannot get out cleanly. A supplier offering to do that for you is removing the actual barrier rather than discounting around it.
We do not match that. Youzse Garage Pro has import tooling but there is no free hands on migration from any garage system you name, and pretending otherwise would not survive first contact.
What it costs to take the offer
My Garage CRM publishes from £139 a month. Youzse Garage Pro publishes from £59. That is £80 a month, or £960 a year, and it buys unlimited users, the onboarding and support, the AI mechanic and the migration.
If you have a large team the unlimited users alone may cover a lot of that. If you are two people and a ramp, you are paying £960 a year mostly for a migration that happens once.
That is the calculation, and it turns on how many logins you need rather than on features.

If migration is why you are here
- Which system are you leaving, and is it on their supported list?
- Does the migration include job history and MOT due dates, or only customers and vehicles?
- How long does it take, and what happens to the workshop in the meantime?
- How many logins do you need? Unlimited users is worth more the bigger you are.
- Have you asked your current supplier for a full export first? You may be less stuck than you think.
- What is the contract length once the migration is done?
The question to ask yourself first
Before paying a premium for migration, ask your current supplier for a complete export. Customers, vehicles, job history, invoices, MOT due dates and notes. Plenty of workshops discover they can get out on their own, at which point the £80 a month difference is buying unlimited users and an AI assistant rather than an escape route.
If the export comes back partial or does not come back at all, then free migration is worth exactly what it looks like and My Garage CRM is solving your real problem.
How we worked this out
Every figure quoted for another garage system was read from that company's own public pages on the date shown at the bottom of this page. Most UK workshop systems quote on request rather than publishing a price, and where that is the case we have said so rather than printing an estimate.
Garage quotes usually move once users, sites, data licences, SMS bundles, setup and training are added. Ask for the full monthly and setup cost in writing, and ask what happens at the end of the contract, before you compare anything against anything.
