The honest opening
AIT Online is cheaper. From £35 a month against £59 for Youzse Garage Pro. If entry price is the thing deciding this, AIT Online wins and we would rather say so at the top than bury it under a feature grid.
What follows is only useful if you want to know what the extra £24 a month actually buys, and whether your workshop will use it. For a lot of small garages the answer is genuinely no.
What sits in the gap
AIT Online covers the traditional garage management set well: invoicing, job cards, quotes, diary, reporting, MOT and service reminders, VRM lookup, SMS, MOT history, multi site and accounting integrations. That is a complete workshop system and it is not a cut down one.
The £24 is the difference between managing the workshop and running the whole customer relationship. Youzse Garage Pro adds customer facing online booking, card deposits and payment links at 2.5% plus 35p, online quote approval with photos, purchase orders against jobs and 9 box VAT returns, on a platform where the customer record belongs to you rather than to a marketplace.
If your bookings come in by phone and you invoice at collection, you will not use most of that. If you are losing time chasing approvals and payment after the job is done, you probably will.

Where AIT Online is the better buy
A single ramp workshop that books by phone, invoices on collection and already has an accountant handling VAT does not need what the extra £24 pays for. AIT Online will do the job for less and the multi site and accounting integrations are a genuine strength if you run more than one unit.
The published entry price is also worth something on its own. Most UK garage systems will not tell you a number without a sales call, and being able to compare two figures directly is rarer in this market than it should be.
Questions that decide this one
- How many of your bookings currently arrive by phone, and would you want that to change?
- How long does it take you to get a quote approved once the car is on the ramp?
- Are you chasing payment after the customer has driven away?
- Do you file your own VAT returns, or does an accountant do it?
- How many sites and users does the quoted price actually cover?
- What does SMS cost on top, on either system?

Every figure quoted for another garage system was read from that company's own public pages on the date shown at the bottom of this page. Most UK workshop systems quote on request rather than publishing a price, and where that is the case we have said so rather than printing an estimate.
Garage quotes usually move once users, sites, data licences, SMS bundles, setup and training are added. Ask for the full monthly and setup cost in writing, and ask what happens at the end of the contract, before you compare anything against anything.
