The real question is inventory
Most comparisons between these two get framed as new against established. That is not the useful split. The useful split is whether you carry stock.
Garage Hive is built on Microsoft Business Central, which is a full business management platform with proper inventory underneath it. If you hold parts, track stock value across locations and want that flowing into your accounts without re keying, that foundation is doing real work and it is why the price is what it is.
Youzse Garage Pro handles parts, suppliers and purchase orders against a job. That is enough for a workshop that orders parts per job. It is not equivalent to running stock control on Business Central and we are not going to pretend it is.

Garage Hive pricing was read from its own pricing page on the date shown below. Business Central licensing may sit alongside the subscription depending on how you buy, so ask what the total monthly cost is before comparing it with anything.
When Garage Hive earns the difference
Multi bay workshops carrying real stock, running structured vehicle health checks and wanting one platform from parts to ledger will get more from Garage Hive than from us. The community around it is genuinely strong and the process depth is not marketing, it is there.
If you have outgrown per job parts ordering and are now managing stock value, reorder points and shrinkage, that is the point where the extra £86 a month starts paying for itself rather than costing you.
When £59 is the right answer
A workshop that orders parts against the job it is doing, wants the MOT reminders going out on their own and wants the invoice paid before the keys are handed back does not need a business management platform underneath it. It needs the workshop bit to work and the money to arrive.
That is the case Youzse Garage Pro is built for, and at that point the lower price and the 30 day trial with no card are the practical advantages rather than the feature list.
Work out which one you are
- Do you hold parts on a shelf, or order them per job?
- Do you need stock value in your accounts, or just parts cost on the invoice?
- How many bays and how many technicians are you scheduling?
- Would anyone use vehicle health checklists, or would they get skipped?
- Does the quote include Business Central licensing, or is that separate?
- How long is the contract and what does leaving look like?

Every figure quoted for another garage system was read from that company's own public pages on the date shown at the bottom of this page. Most UK workshop systems quote on request rather than publishing a price, and where that is the case we have said so rather than printing an estimate.
Garage quotes usually move once users, sites, data licences, SMS bundles, setup and training are added. Ask for the full monthly and setup cost in writing, and ask what happens at the end of the contract, before you compare anything against anything.
