Once you are set up, knowing where everything lives makes day to day work quick. Here is a plain guide to the main menu so you always know where to look.
The main areas
- Dashboard: your at a glance home, what is happening today and what needs attention
- Calendar: your diary across the whole team, where you view and add bookings
- Bookings: the full list of bookings, handy for searching and bulk actions
- Customers: every customer record, with notes, history and contact details
- Services: the services or jobs you offer, with prices and lengths
- Staff: your team, their working hours and what each person offers
- Invoices: invoices you have raised and their payment status
- Inbox: messages and enquiries from customers
- Reports: how your business is doing, takings, bookings and more
- Settings: everything behind the scenes, profile, hours, payments and more
You may also see Quotes, Leads, Companies, Loyalty, Gift cards and Waitlist depending on your plan and trade.
Quick ways to get around
- The search opens from anywhere, type a customer, a booking or a page name to jump straight there
- Settings is your control room, profile, locations, payments, notifications and booking rules all sit under it
- The Getting started screen keeps your setup list handy while you are finding your feet
One last thing on wording
Youzse adapts its language to your trade, so what one business calls bookings another sees as jobs or appointments. You can change this under Settings, then Appearance, so the app speaks the way you do.
Common questions
Why can I see fewer menu items than a colleague?
What you see depends on your role and your plan. Some pages are permissions, others are features your plan includes.
Where do settings live?
Settings in the sidebar, grouped by area, from your business profile through to payments and compliance.
Is there a search?
Yes, and it jumps straight to pages, customers and records rather than making you navigate to them.
