Memberships are recurring plans your customers subscribe to. Create them under Settings, then Memberships, where you can also see your monthly recurring revenue and how many active members you have.

Why memberships work

They turn an unpredictable month into a predictable one. Knowing a set amount arrives before you open on the first changes how a small business plans, and customers who pay monthly are far more likely to come in and use what they are paying for.

Building a plan

Give it a name, a price and a period, and be clear about what a member gets. A plan people can explain to a friend in one sentence sells. A plan with four tiers and an asterisk does not.

What to include

Something with a real perceived value that costs you less than it appears to. Priority booking, a monthly service, a standing discount, a free add-on each visit.

Watching the numbers

Monthly recurring revenue and active member count sit on the same screen. Watch both, because revenue climbing while member numbers fall means you are relying on a handful of people.

Common questions

How do members pay?

Recurring payments go through your online payment setup, so set that up first under Settings, then Online Payments.

Can members still book normally?

Yes. A membership sits alongside booking rather than replacing it.

Can I import memberships from another platform?

No. Payment authority cannot transfer between platforms, so members subscribe again on Youzse. Tell them before you switch.
