Asking the Youzse assistant a question

Ask in ordinary words about bookings, takings, customers and the diary.

2 min readUpdated

Ask Youzse the way you would ask someone at the desk. A plain question is enough. Youzse looks at this business and answers in a sentence.

What to ask about

  • Bookings: who is coming in, and what is booked
  • Takings: what the business has taken
  • Customers: the people on your records
  • The diary: what the day or the week looks like

Where to find it

Open Youzse and type in the message box. Press Enter to send, or tap the send button. On a phone the box sits at the bottom of the screen.

A few questions that work

The greeting cluster. Try a question marks one of the suggested prompts you can tap.
The greeting cluster. Try a question marks one of the suggested prompts you can tap.
  • Who is booked in today
  • What were the takings this week
  • What is on the diary tomorrow
  • What do we have for this customer

The answer belongs to the business you are signed into. When the reply is a set of figures, a card draws the bars and the sentence is the headline. Reading that card is its own article.

If the reply would change something, nothing changes until you press Confirm. That is covered separately.

Common questions

Do I need special wording?

No. Ask in ordinary words about bookings, takings, customers or the diary.

Can one question cover two businesses?

No. Switch to the business you mean, then ask. Youzse answers for that business alone.
