Youzse answers from this business, and a change waits until you press Confirm. Some jobs stay outside the assistant entirely.

Asking does not move that work into the chat. A card payment, a refund, a note and a secret stay where they already live. Another business stays closed until you switch into it and ask there.
If a reply would change something that Youzse is allowed to change, the card still waits. Confirm is the only way that change goes through, and Deny dismisses it. The things in the list above do not get a card, because Youzse does not do them.
Open Youzse any time to ask what is allowed. The greeting reminds you that nothing changes until you confirm it.

Switch into that business first. It answers for the one you are signed into, and it does not open another business's data.
