Import from Calendly

Youzse recognises Calendly's column names, so a Calendly export imports with the mapping already done for you. Export your data, upload the files and check the Mapping step rather than filling it in.

Exporting from Calendly

Sign in at calendly.com.

1. 1Open Scheduled Events, or Activity, from the navigation.
2. 2Set the date range to cover all the history you want.
3. 3Export as CSV.
4. 4Calendly puts invitee details on every row, so this one file carries your contacts too.

Uploading to Youzse

1. 1Go to Import Data in the sidebar
2. 2Start the guided migration and add your files at the Files step
3. 3At the Mapping step, check what has been matched, which coming from Calendly should already be right
4. 4At the Settings step, describe where the data came from and pick your lawful basis
5. 5Review the counts and run it

There is no step where you tell Youzse you are coming from Calendly. It is worked out from the headers in your file.

Columns Youzse recognises

• Contacts: Invitee Name, Invitee Email and Text Reminder Number
• Event types: Event Type Name and Duration
• Events: Start Date & Time, Event Type Name, Invitee Name, Invitee Email, Event Host, Location, Status, Canceled and Response
• Hosts: Event Host, Host Name and Host Email

Worth knowing

• Calendly calls a customer an Invitee, a service an Event Type and a staff member an Event Host, and all three are recognised
• The Canceled column holds Yes or No and is turned into a proper cancelled status
• Invitee Name is a single column and is split into first and last name automatically

What will not come across

• Saved card details, which no platform can transfer
• Photos and attachments
• Staff logins, because staff are invited to set their own password

Common questions

Calendly does not really have customers. What gets imported?

Each invitee becomes a customer record built from their name and email, which gives you a contact list you can actually work with.

What happens to my questionnaire responses?

The Response column is imported as the note on the booking. Rebuild ongoing questions under Forms.

Do my Calendly event types become services?

Yes. Event Type Name becomes the service name and the duration comes with it. Check prices afterwards, because Calendly rarely holds them.
