Import from Setmore

Youzse recognises Setmore's column names, so a Setmore export imports with the mapping already done for you. Export your data, upload the files and check the Mapping step rather than filling it in.

Exporting from Setmore

Sign in at my.setmore.com.

1. 1Open Customers from the left sidebar.
2. 2Use the Export button at the top of the customer list and download as CSV.
3. 3Open Appointments, then Past Appointments and export.
4. 4Export upcoming appointments too, so your future diary comes with you.

Uploading to Youzse

1. 1Go to Import Data in the sidebar
2. 2Start the guided migration and add your files at the Files step
3. 3At the Mapping step, check what has been matched, which coming from Setmore should already be right
4. 4At the Settings step, describe where the data came from and pick your lawful basis
5. 5Review the counts and run it

There is no step where you tell Youzse you are coming from Setmore. It is worked out from the headers in your file.

Columns Youzse recognises

• Customers: Customer Name, Customer Email, Customer Phone, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country and Notes
• Services: Service, Category, Duration, Cost and Description
• Appointments: Date, Start Time, Service, Customer Name, Customer Email, Staff Name, Duration, Cost, Status and Notes
• Staff: Staff Name, First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone

Worth knowing

• Setmore exports a single Customer Name column, which Youzse splits into first and last name, so do not split it yourself
• Setmore calls the price Cost, and it is recognised
• The Setmore status accepted is mapped to confirmed, and requested to pending

What will not come across

• Saved card details, which no platform can transfer
• Photos and attachments
• Staff logins, because staff are invited to set their own password

Common questions

Should I split the name column before importing?

No. Leave it as one column. Youzse splits full names more reliably than a spreadsheet formula does.

Do I need to export past and future appointments separately?

Yes, Setmore separates them. Export both and upload both files.

Why is my price column empty?

Setmore names it Cost. If you renamed it in the spreadsheet, map it by hand at the Mapping step.
