Referrals rewards you for introducing another business to Youzse. Go to Settings, then Referrals, to find your link. When a business you refer signs up and subscribes to a paid plan, you both earn account credit.
This is business to business
It is worth being clear, because the name suggests otherwise. This scheme is not for a customer recommending you to a friend. It rewards you for recommending Youzse to another business owner.
Using your link
Copy it and share it directly. It works best sent to somebody who has actually mentioned struggling with their booking system, and worst broadcast to people who have not.
What the figures mean
The referrals screen shows four numbers.
- Referred, the businesses who have used your link
- Pending, those who have signed up but not yet subscribed
- Qualified, those who have subscribed and earned the credit
- Earned, the credit total
Credit rather than cash
The reward is credit against your own account, so it comes off what you pay rather than arriving in your bank.
Rewarding your own customers
For a customer-brings-a-friend scheme, use loyalty or a discount instead. That is a different tool for a different job.
Common questions
When do I get the credit?
When the business you referred subscribes to a paid plan. A sign-up that never subscribes stays as pending.
Does the other business get anything?
Yes, you both earn credit.
Is there a limit on how many I can refer?
Refer as many as you genuinely know. The scheme rewards real recommendations rather than volume for its own sake.
