Payouts and getting your money

See your balance, choose how often you are paid out and track money landing in your bank.

A payout is money moving from your Youzse payments balance into your own bank account. Once you are set up, payouts happen automatically on a schedule you control.

Where to look

Go to Settings then Payments, or Payouts, to see

  • Your available balance, ready to be paid out
  • Your pending balance, still clearing from recent payments
  • A list of recent payouts with the amount and the date they arrive
  • A breakdown of transactions, including fees, so you can see net amounts

Choosing your payout schedule

  1. 1Open your payout schedule settings.
  2. 2Choose daily, weekly or monthly.
  3. 3For weekly, pick the day. For monthly, pick the date.
  4. 4Save. Your next payouts follow the new schedule.

Card payments take a couple of working days to clear before they become available to pay out. This is normal and protects against payments that fail or are reversed.

Good to know

  • Payouts go to the bank account you set up when connecting payments. Keep it current to avoid delays.
  • Each payout and transaction is listed so you can reconcile against your bank statement.
  • If a payout is held, it is usually because Stripe needs more information. Check the Payments page for any prompt telling you what is outstanding.

If you ever change banks, update your details in your payment settings before your next payout is due.

Common questions

Why is my payout less than my takings?

Card processing fees, and the timing of when payments settled. Open the payout to see what it covers.

How often am I paid out?

On the schedule set in your payment settings. There is always a short delay after the customer pays.

My payouts have stopped. What now?

Check for outstanding verification under Settings, then Online Payments. That is the usual cause.
